We offer our customers a fixed lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for all our custom-cut wood products. We will repair or replace any defective parts, including any damages incurred during shipping, at no charge. Our primary goal at All Wood Products is to ensure full customer satisfaction, and we will do everything in our power to achieve that. If you notice any defects in our workmanship or materials, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
You will have waived any claim for breach of warranty if you do not notify All Wood Products in writing within 90 days after discovering a defect. Costs for the removal of the defective product and the labor for installing a replacement will not be covered by our warranty. Misuse of the products, improper installation, accidents, neglect, or abuse that results in damage will void this warranty. Any incidental or consequential damage that may arise from defective products is also not covered under the warranty.
