- Custom Wood Products under a certain weight will ship UPS Ground. All custom wood products over a certain weight will ship on a truck. Special requests can be accommodated but may come with added fees.
- All custom wood products shipping on a pallet will be sent via a common LTL freight carrier.
- LTL service will contact customers before arrival to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Customers must be present to sign for the shipment. If the customer is not present at the designated time of drop off, they will be billed for any cost associated with holding the shipment.
- LTL service does not break down skids and deliver into the residence but will drop off near the end of the driveway or near the garage if there is adequate space to do so.
- We cannot guarantee the delivery date when the custom wood product leaves our Ohio facility.
- Orders going to any island, Hawaii, Alaska, or to Canada do not receive free shipping. We will pay up to 20% of the total cost of the product, the purchaser is responsible for paying the remaining amount.
- If a skid arrives damaged in any way, the customer is responsible for taking pictures and reporting damages to All Wood Products. Failure to do so will void any free replacement parts.
- The customer takes ownership of the custom wood product once the product has left our premise on the delivery service. Any cost associated with canceling an order after the product has left our location will be paid by the customer.
